The global shortage of chips has attracted countless attention since last year. However, the shortage of talents has been silently haunting a lot of industrial leaders, including Dato Seri Siew Hai Wong, President of Malaysia Semiconductor Industry Association (MSIA).

Dato Seri Wong is also Champion of Electrical & Electronics Productivity Nexus (EEPN), and member of PEMUDAH. He served with Intel for 27 years and was responsible for all assembly test factories worldwide.
