美对集成电路及其产品发起337调查，中美9家企业涉案

集微网消息，2021年2月8日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）对集成电路及其产品（Certain Integrated Circuits and Products Containing the Same）发起337调查。

据悉，美国Tela Innovations, Inc., of Los Gatos, CA在去年12月18日向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张中国、美国9家企业对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品侵犯了其专利权（美国注册专利号10186523），请求美国ITC发布有限排除令、禁止令。

中国台湾地区Acer, Inc., of New Taipei City, Taiwan、美国Acer America Corporation of San Jose, CA、中国台湾地区ASUSTek Computer Inc. of Taipai, Taiwan、美国ASUS Computer International of Fremont, CA、美国Intel Corporation of Santa Clara, CA、中国北京Lenovo Group Ltd. of Beijing, China联想集团、美国Lenovo (United States) Inc. of Morrisville, NC、中国台湾地区Micro-Star International Co., Ltd., of New Taipei City, Taiwan、美国MSI Computer Corp. of City of Industry, CA为列名被告。（校对/乐川）
